Linette Nesbitt is responsible for documentation filing and retrieval and provides support for the legal secretaries and the Accounts Department.

Yarasanches Swain

Yarasanches Swain is the Bookkeeper in the Accounts Department of the firm. She is also the understudy for the legal secretaries in litigation, company and probate matters.

Denise Brown is a Legal Secretary, with over 20 years of expertise in the areas of litigation, company formation and administration, probate.

Janis Marshall Bostwick

Janis Marshall Bostwick is the Legal Secretary, with over 30 years’ experience in the areas of Conveyancing, Mortgages, Debentures and Probate.

Denise Brown is a Legal Secretary, with over 20 years of expertise in the areas of litigation, company formation and administration, probate. She is also the firm’s in-house computer software expert. Denise has been a team member of Sears & Co. since 2001.

Working at Sears & Co. has been a wonderful experience that has taught me that whether a task seemed simple or complex, it is important to pay attention to the details.
