Janis Marshall Bostwick is the Legal Secretary, with over 30 years’ experience in the areas of Conveyancing, Mortgages, Debentures and Probate.

Denise Brown

Denise Brown is a Legal Secretary, with over 20 years of expertise in the areas of litigation, company formation and administration, probate.

Linette Nesbitt

Linette Nesbitt is responsible for documentation filing and retrieval and provides support for the legal secretaries and the Accounts Department.

Shemeka Kelly

Shemeka Kelly is the housekeeper for the firm, courier documents to neighboring law firms and files court documents at the Registry.

Barrington “Sam” Carter

Barrington Carter joined Sears & Co in 2007 as the Superintendent of the firm’s building.

Yarasanches Swain

Yarasanches Swain is the Bookkeeper in the Accounts Department of the firm. She is also the understudy for the legal secretaries in litigation, company and probate matters.
